in accordance with past AU Convention Race practices.
BREEDER/HANDLER SPLIT: 60/40
AU CONVENTION RACE: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23RD
ENTRY FEE: $125.00 per bird, or six (6) birds for $500.00.
Of a six( 6) bird entry for $500.00, four (4) birds you may place one (1) to (4) with one or more designated handlers. Two (2) birds of your six (6) bird entry package will be assigned to rotation handlers. No Breeder/Syndicate may place more than four (4) birds in the same handler's loft. Loft handlers are classified as a DESIGNATED LOFT or as a ROTATION LOFT. Handlers cannot receive both rotation and designated birds. You may also enter as many individually designated birds as you want, for $125,00 each, which is the cost of an individual entry, but you may not place more than (4) designated birds in the same Race Handler's Loft.
FIRST 30 PLACE RACE BIRDS TO BE AUCTIONED & PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT THE 2009 AU CONVENTION FUND. All other entered birds will become the property of the assigned handler, UNLESS... written pre-arrangements are made btwenn the Breeder and the Handler.
BIRDS MAY BE RECEIVED UP UNTIL JUNE 15, 2009
LOST BIRDS MAY BE REPLACED AT NO COST PRIOR TO JUNE 30, 2009
